This guide explains how to configure Qikberry WhatsApp as a provider in WebEngage and enable WhatsApp delivery status tracking through Qikberry webhooks
1. Access WhatsApp Settings in WebEngage#
Log in to your WebEngage account and navigate to Data and Insights → Data Platform → Integrations → WhatsApp Setup1.
Navigate to Integration Status and click WhatsApp Setup Configure.

Enter Configuration name as Qikberry.

Enter your WhatsApp Business number in the WhatsApp Business Number field.

In the URL field. Enter :
https://qikbridge.qikberry.ai/v1/webengage/whatsap

Select Request Type as Send personalization Variables.
Under the Headers section, add the following entries:| Header | Value |

| Authorization | Bearer <Qikberry Access Token> |
| Content-Type | application/json |
Note: Generate the access token from the Developers Section in App.
4. Create the template by clicking on + icon.#
To receive WhatsApp Message delivery status updates in WebEngage, configure a webhook in Qikberry.1.
Log in to the Qikberry portal.

Navigate to Developers → Webhooks.

Click Create Webhook and configure the webhook using the following details:

Save the webhook configuration.
Once configured, Qikberry will automatically push WhatsApp Message delivery status updates to WebEngage.Integration Complete#
