This guide explains how to configure Qikberry WhatsApp as a provider in WebEngage and enable WhatsApp delivery status tracking through Qikberry webhooks
1. Access WhatsApp Settings in WebEngage#
Log in to your WebEngage account and navigate to Data and Insights → Data Platform → Integrations. Under Channel Integration Status, locate the Whatsapp Setup section and click Configure. Then, under Available WhatsApp Service Providers (SSP), select Private SSP to configure a new WhatsApp provider.1.
Enter Configuration name as Qikberry.

Enter your WhatsApp Business number in the WhatsApp Business Number field.

In the URL field. Enter :
https://qikbridge.qikberry.ai/v1/webengage/whatsapp

Select Request Type as Send personalization Variables.
Under the Headers section, add the following entries:| Header | Value |

Note: Generate the access token from the Developers Section in App.
4. Create the template by clicking on + icon.#
To receive WhatsApp Message delivery status updates in WebEngage, configure a webhook in Qikberry.1.
Log in to the Qikberry portal.
