This guide explains how to configure Qikberry SMS as a provider in WebEngage and enable SMS delivery status tracking through Qikberry webhooks.
1. Access SMS Settings in WebEngage#
Log in to your WebEngage account and navigate to Data and Insights → Data Platform → Integrations → SMS Setup and click Add Provider1.
Enter Qikberry Rest in Name your Configuration.

Enter your Principle Entity id.

4. Set Throttling#

Login to your Web Engage account and navigate to : Configuration → Throttling

Navigate to Configuration and click Throttling.

Log in to the Qikberry portal.

Navigate to Developers → Webhooks.

Click Create Webhook and configure the webhook using the following details:

Save the webhook configuration.
Once configured, Qikberry will automatically push SMS delivery status updates to WebEngage.Integration Complete#
