SMS Connector

This guide explains how to configure Qikberry SMS as a provider in WebEngage and enable SMS delivery status tracking through Qikberry webhooks.

1. Access SMS Settings in WebEngage

Log in to your WebEngage account and navigate to Data and Insights → Data Platform → Integrations → SMS Setup and click Add Provider

2. Configure Qikberry as SMS Provider.

Enter Qikberry Rest in Name your Configuration.

In URL field. Enter :

https://rest.qikberry.ai/v1/webengage/sms

Enter your Principle Entity id.

3. Configure Request Headers

Under the Headers section, add the following entries:

Header	Value
Authorization	Bearer `<Qikberry Access Token>`
Content-Type	application/json

4. Set Throttling

Navigate to Configuration and click Throttling.

Set SMS as 5000

4. Configure WebEngage Delivery Callback Webhook in Qikberry

Navigate to Developers → Webhooks.

Click Create Webhook and configure the webhook using the following details:

Field	Value
Method	POST
Service	WebEngage SMS
URL	Delivery Report Callback URL provided by WebEngage

Save the webhook configuration.

Once configured, Qikberry will automatically push SMS delivery status updates to WebEngage.

Integration Complete

Your WebEngage account is now configured to send SMS messages through Qikberry and receive real-time delivery status updates for tracking and analytics.
