This guide explains how to configure Qikberry WhatsApp as a provider in CleverTap and enable WhatsApp delivery status tracking through Qikberry webhooks.
1. Access WhatsApp Settings in CleverTap#
Log in to your CleverTap account and navigate to Settings → Channels → WhatsApp.

Navigate to WhatsApp Connect and click Provider Configuration.

Select Generic (Other) as the provider.
3.
Enter Qikberry WhatsApp in the Nickname field.
4.
Enter your WhatsApp Business number in the Mobile field.
5.
In the HTTP Endpoint field, enter:

Note: Generate the access token from the Developers Section in App.

In the Template Import Setup section, select GET as the Request Type.

Enter the following HTTP Endpoint:
https://rest.qikberry.ai/v1/whatsapp/templates

Set Import Limits to 500.

Under the Headers section, add the following entries:

Note: Generate the access token from the Developers Section in App.
5. Save and Activate the Configuration#
1.
Enable Mark this as Default to set Qikberry as the default WhatsApp provider.
2.
Enter 50 in the Maximum Concurrent API Requests field.
3.
Review all configured settings to ensure they are correct.
4.
Click Save to complete the provider configuration.
6. Import WhatsApp Templates#
1.
Navigate to the Templates section and click Import Templates.
2.
CleverTap will connect to Qikberry and fetch all approved WhatsApp templates associated with the configured WhatsApp number.
3.
Once the import is complete, the templates will be automatically added and made available for use in campaigns and journeys.

Log in to the Qikberry portal.
2.
Navigate to Developers → Webhooks.
3.
Click Create Webhook and configure the webhook using the following details:

5.
Save the webhook configuration.
