Messages Support
The RCS channel supports certain message types natively, while others are transcoded to ensure compatibility across devices.
The following message types are natively supported in the RCS channel:

1. Text Messages
#
Plain or formatted text messages. These form the core of any conversation.
2. Suggested Replies/Actions
#
Predefined text responses that users can tap to reply instantly. Useful for guiding user and Interactive buttons that allow users to perform some actions:
Reply
Open a URL
Make a phone call
View a map or open a location
Share their current location
3. Stand Alone Card (Single Rich Card)
#
Visually rich messages that include:
A title and description
An image (optional)
Suggested actions (e.g., buttons to open a website, dial a number, or send a predefined reply)
4. Carousel Card (Multiple Rich Cards)
#
A horizontal collection of rich cards that users can scroll through. Ideal for showcasing multiple products, services, or options.
5. Media
#
Send multimedia content such as:
Images (JPG, PNG, etc.)
Videos (MP4, etc.)
Audio clips
Documents (PDF, DOCX, etc.)
